St Joseph's RC Primary School, Hurst Green

A very warm welcome to St Joseph's RC Primary School online. We are a very caring Roman Catholic school with exceptionally high academic standards, set in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley. In our latest, outstanding OFSTED report, the inspector noted, 'this is an outstanding school. Although it is very small, it has a big heart. It welcomes pupils from all backgrounds but promotes strong Catholic values. Pupils acquire a love of learning, excellent levels of personal development and outstanding levels of academic achievement.'

On the 13th of March all of our Year 3 and Year 4 children took part in an art workshop at Platform Gallery, Clitheroe. We had a busy and exciting day looking at the work of local artist Matthew Roby. Here we are designing and  creating our own characters and stories based on Matthew's work.
